Langani Exotic Glass Bead Necklace. Anni Schaad used her maiden name Anni Lang to form her company, Langani which began in the late 1950s. All of her pieces are made from hand blown glass of many colors and shapes. Most of which are organic looking, like exotic flowers, orchids and such. Her designs were strung on monofilament line, so the pieces are light weight and easy to wear. The necklace here consists of bronze and clear smoke colored glass beads with elongated beads at the ends. Each of her creations have a single random black bead placed within the design. This has become her signature symbol. The clasp is also signed Langani. The piece measure about 16 inches long around the neck. The spray measures about 2 and a half inches. The black bead can be found 3 inches below the clasp.
