Brass Seahorse Bookends

Brass Seahorse Bookends, circa 1930s. Standing about 5 1/2 inches tall and about 5 1/4 long and 1 1/2 inches wide, the pair are mirrored. Made of brass and weighing about 1 lb, 12 oz. In the center is a large seahorse and on the sides facing in outward, are two smaller seahorses. The brass, over the years, has some patina, giving it a wonderful aged look. The base is an open book. Perfect for a den library or beach house, the pieces are in great vintage condition.
