Italian Ceramic Warthog

Description:
Italian Ceramic Warthog. The piece is unsigned, and possibly Gamboni. Whimsical in design, the piece measure about 13 inches by 8 inches. The colors are Yellow Green, Spruce Green, Black and White and the glazing is done is a flat finish. The detailing is wonderfully done, down to the artfully curved tail, the pointed ears and the tiny tusks just below the snout. We do want to point out that there is a very small chip on the front left foot of the piece. Again, it is very small and measures about 1/8th of an inch.
