This pair of Tole sconces is quite rare. To my knowledge they are French. Made around 1940. This pair is quite tall and can stand or hang on the wall. They are not electrified but could easily be. Made of Tole and hand painted, they are toped with a Pineapple and tiers of flowing green leaves that end in an Empire tole painted jardiniere. Very good condition, consistent with age and use, no missing parts. DIMENSIONS 18ʺW × 11ʺD × 37ʺL
