Exquisite pair of signed "Guignon & Fils," Louis XVI fauteuils, of carved giltwood, each having an arched channeled crestrail, centered by flowers and ribbons, flanked by finials, padded tapering back into seat with crown cushion, downswept arms with elbow pads ending in scrolls, on upturned, acanthine-carved terminals, bowed seatrail raised on rosette headed round tapering stop-fluted legs, terminating in touipe feet. Upholstered in Scalamandre LeTigre velvet, with nailheads. Seat Height: 18.5
