Impressive , Hand Woven Wicker Soaring Eagle Box with glass eyes, c.1940
This whimsical Eagle box was made by the well known Shanghai Collection.
Hand crafted in a very tight woven wicker and carved wood feet and base.
The base is of a Bamboo root turned upside down.
Very good to excellent condition, consistent with age and use.
