Bouchet\'s pieces were known to be \"well built, well balanced, and always luxurious\" {source: p. 91, Le Mobilier du XXe Siecle, Pierre Kjeliberg, Paris}. Bouchet designed six luxury suites for the passenger line \"Atlantique\" and in 1935, ten suites for the liner \"Normandie\".
