1948 Hubert Harmon Sterling Mermaid Belt Buckles from Taxco. Unlike his contemporaries Spratling and Margot, Harmon designed his pieces with a nod toward whimsy. These buckles are an excellent example. Rare, and early signature, which was only used the first two years of production.
