Unsigned Schreiner of New York Dark Topaz Colored Ruffle Pin. Circa 1950s 1960s. An arrangement of dark topaz colored keystone shaped stones fan out in a conical shape from all four sides. The color is best described as dark iced tea. The center has four thinner keystones which form four points like that of a compass. The additional stones are unusual being smooth but appearing to be faceted from inside. As the piece is viewed from different angles, the stones change in color from a cream color to cafe au lait.
