Description:
This 1970’s pair of bamboo lamps are a work of art by famous Mexican artist, Mario Lopez Torres. All of his pieces are very sought after and displayed in the National Museum of Mexican Art. This pair of coconut tree lamps were acquired in France from the original owner and bought in 1974. The pair of coconuts are actually electrified. These were rewired to American standard. The leaves are removable for easier transport. Very good to excellent condition consistent with age and use
